A leading hospitality firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced individual to manage daily restaurant operations. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. Candidates should have a diploma in Hospitality Management, a minimum of 3 years in Food & Beverage service, and strong leadership qualities. This full-time position requires flexibility for working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations and service flow
Ensure high standards of guest service and promptly handle guest feedback or complaints
Supervise train and motivate service staff to maintain performance standards
Support staff scheduling attendance monitoring and shift planning
Ensure compliance with hygiene health safety and food safety regulations
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and stock control
Support cash handling procedures billing accuracy and daily revenue reporting
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations
Assist in implementing promotions special events and service initiatives
Step in for the Restaurant Manager in their absence when required
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Minimum 23 years of experience in Food & Beverage service with supervisory exposure
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
Guest-focused with a passion for hospitality excellence
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
