Job summary

A leading hospitality firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced individual to manage daily restaurant operations. Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations and service flow

  • Ensure high standards of guest service and promptly handle guest feedback or complaints

  • Supervise train and motivate service staff to maintain performance standards

  • Support staff scheduling attendance monitoring and shift planning

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene health safety and food safety regulations

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and stock control

  • Support cash handling procedures billing accuracy and daily revenue reporting

  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations

  • Assist in implementing promotions special events and service initiatives

  • Step in for the Restaurant Manager in their absence when required

Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

  • Minimum 23 years of experience in Food & Beverage service with supervisory exposure

  • Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills

  • Guest-focused with a passion for hospitality excellence

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
