We are looking for a proactive and serviceoriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of a highend restaurant in Dubai. This role requires strong leadership attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations ensuring a seamless dining experience
• Supervise, train and support front-of-house staff maintaining high service standards
• Ensure efficient staff scheduling and labor cost control
• Address guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
• Uphold hygiene health and safety regulations throughout the restaurant
• Support implementation of sales initiatives and promotional activities
• Assist in reporting on financial and operational performance metrics
• Foster a positive team environment and contribute to staff motivation and development

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a highend restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Minimum of 3 years experienced in the UAE.
• Diploma/Bachelors Degree in hospitality tourism or any related field.
