About the Role

As the Assistant Manager, Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting the Marketing Manager to grow and enhance the Atlantis Dubai social media presence. You will help shape and deliver the destination’s social media strategy and engagement plans, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams including Operations, PR, and Marketing to create compelling content and manage Atlantis Dubai’s social media channels.

You will also be responsible for overseeing content creation and social media activity for key restaurant brands including Ling Ling, Carbone Dubai, and Nobu Dubai. This will involve weekend night coverage for Ling Ling Ultra Lounge, as well as last‑minute coverage of celebrity bookings attending Carbone or Nobu. A strong creative outlook and adherence to high aesthetic standards are essential, as these concepts operate as international franchises with strict brand guidelines and global partners.

About You

You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing social media channels, either in‑house or within an agency environment. You’re well‑versed in social media tools, analytics, and best practices, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Your skills include photo and video editing, strong communication, and the confidence to work with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and agencies. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, are highly organized, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a sharp eye for detail and creativity.
