About The Role

As Assistant Manager - IT Applications, you’ll ensure the seamless 24 / 7 operation of all major resort systems, from applications to infrastructure and data centers.

You’ll lead a skilled team of IT specialists, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate across departments to deliver innovative, reliable tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to the IT Specialists in managing requests, incidents, and problems.
• Execute tasks and projects assigned by management in alignment with best practices and company policies.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and support of all resort applications and IT infrastructure
• Provide 24 / 7 first-level support for major systems
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA compliance
• Conduct root cause and trend analysis to improve service delivery
• Collaborate with business leaders to align IT strategy with operational goals

About You

We’re looking for a talented IT professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a similar operational role, ideally within the hospitality sector.

You should have strong technical skills in Opera PMS, database administration, and reporting, along with a proven ability to solve problems and lead teams effectively.

A deep understanding of IT processes, hospitality systems, and current industry trends is essential.
