Overview

Job Title: Assistant HR Manager – Healthcare Sector – Dubai

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 15,000 – 18,000

We have partnered with a well-established and highly respected healthcare organisation in Dubai, known for their innovation and exceptional service delivery. They’re growing fast and need an Assistant HR Manager to help elevate the HR function and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is confident managing recruitment, payroll, and day-to-day HR operations. You'll be reporting into a supportive HR Manager and playing a big part in building a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer letters and reference checks
  • Keeping hiring managers aligned and building strong talent pipelines
  • Running day-to-day HR ops including contracts, employee records, and policy support
  • Supporting employee relations and compliance with UAE Labour Law
  • Overseeing monthly payroll and ensuring WPS compliance
  • Managing data on Dynamics 365 (or similar HRMS)
  • Getting involved in engagement initiatives and onboarding
Requirements
  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience (recruitment, ops, payroll)
  • Degree in HR or similar; CIPD/SHRM a bonus
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and WPS
  • Experience using HR systems – ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Solid communication, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
