Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee the production process across all departments at our Dubai clients warehouse.

In this critical role you will ensure the timely of production processes and be responsible for tracking the productivity of the production teams. You will also work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the readiness of materials and the successful of preproduction strategies as set by your manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Production Across Departments – Supervise production activities across multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate. Ensure production processes are running smoothly and meeting deadlines.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination – Collaborate with various departments to track material availability and readiness for production. Actively follow up with departments to ensure there are no delays in material or resource availability.
• Preproduction Strategy – Implement and follow through on preproduction strategies set by the production manager. Ensure alignment with the company’s production objectives and timelines.
• Performance and Productivity Tracking – Track and monitor the productivity of all production users in each department. Maintain records and provide regular reports on production progress, performance, and any potential bottlenecks.
• KPI Management – Take ownership of the key performance indicator (KPI) of on-time production. Ensure that production targets are met consistently and efficiently.
• Manpower and Cost Optimization – Provide insights and suggestions for optimizing manpower and production costs. Work with management to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction while maintaining production quality.
• Problem Resolution – Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may hinder production timelines or team performance. Ensure continuous improvement in production efficiency and quality.

Requirements
