  • 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial position within Front Office operations.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team effectively.
  • Strong decision-making skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee duty rosters and manage team administrative tasks.
  • Update Standard Operating Procedures and ensure staff training.
  • Monitor guest feedback and collaborate on service improvements.
  • Lead daily operations and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Act as Duty Manager during emergencies and critical situations.
  • Contribute to revenue generation through upselling.
