Who are we?

Founded in 1982, APM, Ariane Prette Monaco, is a contemporary fashion jewelry brand that associates itself with the chicness of Monaco and the South of France lifestyle.

We are seeking a talented Assistant Franchise Manager to support our franchise operations across the Middle East, Levant, and Southeast Asia. The role will be primarily based in Dubai, with frequent business travel to markets within the designated region. The position will report directly to the Franchise Director, who is based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive the sales performance for franchise businesses in the Middle East, Levant, and Southeast Asia.
  • Analyze sales performance and review sales targets to achieve targets/KPI.
  • Place, recommend, and follow up the orders.
  • Follow closely with CS for all orders/B2B requests.
  • Build a strong and sustainable relationship with the partners.
  • Opening preparation and setup.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure store operations, such as in-store VM, are set up timely and align with brand guidelines.
  • Frequent travel within the designated area is required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of retail experience in the luxury jewelry, fashion, or beauty industry.
  • Experienced in Retail Sales Management, Franchise / Account Management.
  • Self‑motivated, have a high multitasking capacity, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Senior‑level candidates may also be considered for the manager title.
