Job summary

A diversified company in UAE is looking for an Assistant Auditor to conduct financial and operational audits. Responsibilities include performing audits, examining evidence, and preparing reports. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and are encouraged to be pursuing a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA. Ideal applicants will have 1-3 years of experience in auditing, with a strong grasp of financials and high attention to detail, able to thrive in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

Assistant Auditor – Al Tayer Group

We at Al Tayer are looking for an Assistant Auditor to conduct financial and operational audits in the group companies as per the audit schedule in order to carry out an independent appraisal of the effectiveness of the policies, procedures and standards.آ

Responsibilities
  • Carry out audits of the areas assigned as per audit programs / templates defined and prepare a report on gaps / non compliances observed.
  • Obtain and examine evidences from the audit findings, post discussions with the auditee, to rule out reasons for deviations and accordingly prepare an audit report along with recommendations.
  • Work as part of a team and report to the Audit Senior.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce.
  • Actively pursuing a professional qualification i.e ACCA, CPA or CA.
  • At least 1-3 years of work experience in a similar field ideally from the big four audit firms.
  • Good grasp of financials with high mathematical acumen.
  • Knowledge of system audits is an advantage.
  • Self‑motivated, team player, with good attention to detail & concern for quality, able to work in a multi‑cultural environment with a proactive personality.
