The role requires extensive experience in asset management compliance and previous MLRO responsibilities. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of asset management compliance, including relevant laws and regulations.
• Proven experience as a registered compliance officer for the FSRA, DIFC, or similar.
• Prior experience as an MLRO.

Responsibilities

• Lead the compliance function within FAB Asset Management.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct quality testing and recommend corrective actions.
