Job description

We are looking for a Tier 2 Network Engineer - Aruba Networks

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting network devices within an organization or between organizations. They will also be accountable for key client networks, focusing on maintenance and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

1. 5 years of hands-on experience, specifically with Aruba Central Security Service Edge (SSE) and ClearPass implementation.
2. Proven incident and problem-solving skills with a focus on timely and accurate resolution.
3. Lead network technology upgrade or expansion projects, including hardware/software installation and integration testing, ensuring minimal disruption to other systems.
4. Coordinate and communicate effectively with teammates, managers, and clients to maintain high service levels.
5. Develop and produce complex documentation for installation, network topology, and troubleshooting of communication hardware or software.
6. Learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and communicate information clearly.

Job Requirements

1. Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to Aruba SSE and ClearPass.
2. Deploy, configure, and optimize Aruba ClearPass and Central platforms for secure network access control.
3. Design, configure, and manage Aruba ClearPass solutions, including authentication policies, access rules, and device profiling, while troubleshooting access issues.
4. Utilize Aruba Central for network monitoring and management, configuring devices, monitoring performance, and generating reports.
5. Configure SSE SASE deployments, integrating ZTNA, SWG, CASB, and DEM into a unified interface.
6. Possess at least two years of experience with SD-WAN technologies.
7. Prior SASE experience is desirable.
8. Experience with security compliance standards such as PCI, HIPAA, etc.
9. Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with network diagnostic tools.
10. Support rotation shifts and 24/7 on-call support.
11. Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills.
12. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Certifications: Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional (ACCP), Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP), Aruba Certified Design Professional (ACDP), Aruba Certified SDWAN Deployment Professional (ACSDP).
