Location: Dubai, AE

This role is for the Dubai markets, reporting to the Sales Director – UAE, based out of the Sharjah office.

As the Area Sales Lead, you will deliver the sales target and develop sales and distribution fundamentals to manage day-to-day sales operations and supervise a team of Sales Representatives in the assigned area.

Responsibilities
  • Directly lead a team of Sales Supervisors and Senior Sales Representatives; organize, coach, and ensure targets are consistently met.
  • Manage accounts within the assigned area; plan routes and daily activities.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships; propose and initiate listings, BDAs, and display agreements; develop and implement the yearly sales strategy with customers.
  • Conduct periodical sales meetings; analyze data and report findings; maintain client information and forecast future trends.
  • Ensure promotion plans are communicated to customers and sales staff and implemented; improve product visibility.
  • Responsible for collections and for all company assets in the area/account.
  • Control market returns within the agreed limit.
Qualifications
  • Sales experience of at least 4 years within FMCG in modern trade.
  • People management experience of 2–3 years.
  • Ability to motivate and lead others; capable of managing a diversified team.
  • Expert understanding of sales market and trends; strong analytical skills and numerical aptitude.
  • Excellent negotiator; willingness to take calculated risks.
  • UAE driving license.
