Freelan is a leading provider of innovative software solutions for businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Area Sales Lead to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates.

As the Area Sales Lead you will be responsible for driving sales in your designated area and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the companys overall goals and objectives. Your main focus will be on acquiring new clients and growing our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and drive business growth in the designated area
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research networking and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and promote our products and services
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Freelan and represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales preferably in the software industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area as needed
  • Fluency in English is required knowledge of Arabic is a plus
