The ideal candidate must have worked exclusively with consulting firms and should possess in-depth knowledge of architectural inspections, site supervision, and UAE building codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections of architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant local authority regulations.
• Review and interpret architectural plans and shop drawings to verify accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Monitor construction activities and materials to ensure quality control and adherence to design intent.
• Maintain detailed inspection reports with photographic evidence, documenting progress and issues.
• Ensure that all architectural finishes and works are executed to the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
• Stay updated with local building codes, industry standards, and regulatory changes relevant to architectural work in the UAE.
