Job summary

Une entreprise d'architecture innovante recherche un Architect Designer aux Émirats pour mettre à jour des plans architecturaux et réaliser des visualisations de haute qualité. Le candidat idéal a 3 à 5 ans d'expérience et connaît les normes de construction locales. compétence dans des outils comme Revit et Photoshop est requise.

Qualifications

• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle en conception architecturale, de préférence aux Émirats.
• Connaissance prouvée des normes et réglementations de construction aux Émirats.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs tâches.

Responsibilities

• Mettre à jour et peaufiner les dessins architecturaux et la documentation technique.
• Développer des éléments de conception détaillés en coordination avec les équipes d'ingénierie et de construction.
• Créer des présentations visuelles convaincantes à l'aide d'outils de visualisation 3D.

Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect Designer to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating architectural plans, developing technical details, and producing high-quality visualizations for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and refine architectural drawings and technical documentation.
• Develop detailed design elements in coordination with engineering and construction teams.
• Create compelling visual presentations using 3D visualization tools.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably within the UAE.
• Proven knowledge of UAE building standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and ideally other 3D visualization tools (e.g., Enscape, Lumion, Rhino).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Valid work authorization for the United Arab Emirates.
