A leading ServiceNow partner in Dubai is expanding its consulting team and is hiring an Arabic speaking Senior Business Analyst to support major enterprise transformation programmes across the region. You will work closely with clients to define business requirements, map as-is and to-be processes, translate needs into clear ServiceNow capability, and guide stakeholders through best practice adoption. This is a hands‑on, customer facing role where you’ll help shape successful delivery across ITSM, HRSD or CSM.

What you will do

• Run workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Capture, refine, and document detailed requirements
• Map and optimise processes aligned to ITIL and ServiceNow OOTB
• Translate business needs into clear user stories for delivery teams
• Support testing, UAT, and overall programme success
• Act as a trusted advisor on best practice and platform capability

What you need

• Strong ServiceNow business analysis experience
• Experience working across ITSM, HRSD or CSM
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
• Proven ability to run workshops and engage senior stakeholders
• Consulting experience is an advantage
• Based in Dubai or open to relocate
