Role Overview

This role focuses on applying AI to real-world problems, turning cutting-edge research into practical, scalable product capabilities. You will work on AI agents, LLM-based systems, and production-grade AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered product features using LLMs and agents
• Apply and adapt models from OpenAI and other frontier providers
• Build AI pipelines using LangChain, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks
• Solve ambiguous, cutting-edge problems where solutions are not well defined
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy AI into production
• Continuously evaluate model performance and improve outcomes

Requirements

• Strong background in applied AI / ML engineering
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, and AI product execution
