AI is no longer a “nice-to-have”. It’s becoming a core production lever and this role exists to turn AI video tools into a repeatable, high-performing production engine.
The AI Videographer / Visual Prompt Engineer is a new and critical role at Hambi. You will act as the AI production unit within our creative ecosystem, translating creative strategy briefs into high-quality, performance-driven AI video outputs using tools such as VO3, SORA 2, Arc Ads 2, and emerging platforms. Just like a traditional production team receives scripts, concepts, and shot lists, you will receive creative briefs and turn them into AI-generated video assets that are ready to test, iterate, and scale in paid social environments. You are responsible for craft, consistency, speed, and performance readiness. You will innovate through testing and learning and help scale our ability to deliver ads at scale. This role sits at the intersection of: Creative strategy, Visual storytelling, AI tooling & prompt engineering, Performance optimisation. It is not a passive “prompt-and-export” role.
