Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded, and data-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager - GCC to lead, grow, and scale our affiliate partnerships across key GCC markets. This role will play a critical part in accelerating revenue growth by building high-performing affiliate networks and optimizing partner performance in line with ambitious business targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the affiliate growth strategy across the GCC, with a strong focus on Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar. This includes identifying and onboarding high-quality affiliate partners, strengthening existing relationships, and continuously improving performance through data-led optimization.

This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, regional market dynamics, and consumer behavior within the GCC. You will be expected to drive incremental GMV, improve efficiency across CPA and ROAS, and ensure the affiliate channel delivers sustainable and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the affiliate growth strategy across GCC markets (Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar).
  • Identify, onboard, and scale high-quality affiliate partners, including publishers, content creators, cashback platforms, coupon sites, and strategic partners.
  • Manage end-to-end affiliate relationships, including negotiations, onboarding, performance optimization, and retention.
  • Drive performance against key KPIs including GMV, active partners, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance using data and insights to improve efficiency and scale.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Growth, Marketing, Finance, Tech) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and accurate tracking.
  • Plan and execute market-specific affiliate initiatives tailored to GCC consumer behavior and seasonality.
  • Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and platform guidelines across all affiliate activities.
  • Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends, competitor activity, and regional market dynamics in the GCC.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in affiliate marketing.
  • Proven experience building and scaling affiliate programs with measurable commercial impact.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution models, and ROI optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience working in or catering to GCC markets, with a clear understanding of regional nuances.
  • Experience working with existing network of affiliate partners in the GCC is a strong advantage.
  • Highly data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into action.
