Registration Process
  • Support student registration for each semester and ensure smooth workflow
  • Assist in course selection and enrolment, resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Ensure accurate entry of student data and verify information
  • Update registration status for all students and maintain up-to-date records
Records Management
  • Maintain secure and organized student records following university guidelines
  • Assist in electronic and paper filing systems for easy access
  • Ensure confidentiality and data security throughout the process
  • Archive old records as required and keep storage organized
Academic Support
  • Coordinate with academic departments on course availability and student needs
  • Support students with add/drop and withdrawal processes, provide guidance
  • Assist with major/minor declarations and answer related questions
  • Provide guidance on registration rules and help students understand procedures
Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure registration follows university and UAE regulations at all times
  • Prepare reports on registration statistics for management review
  • Support audits and accreditation requirements as requested
  • Monitor and report on registration deadlines to avoid delays
Student Support
  • Assist students with registration issues and inquiries, offer solutions
  • Organize registration help sessions and workshops for student benefit
  • Plan Section activities on registration procedures and provide ongoing support
  • Improve the student registration experience through feedback and service
