Job summary

A leading business support provider in Dubai is seeking an Administrator - Recruitment Services to join their Onboarding team. The successful candidate will handle visa applications and ensure accurate data entry while maintaining communication with candidates. A graduate with at least one year's experience in data administration and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential. Knowledge of UAE immigration laws will be an advantage. Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy on visa applications to avoid penalties.
  • Provide regular updates to candidates about their status.
  • Upload candidate data and apply for TG ID within 24 hours.
  • Follow up with candidates post-offer via call and email.
  • Maintain accurate updates in Live sheets and BU reports.
  • Adhere to data protection laws and internal policies.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance recruitment processes.

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator – Recruitment Services to join our Onboarding team in our office located in Jebel Ali.

Scope

Responsible for the processing of biodata and visa application through automatic BOT application for site-based jobs in Transguard. The role is designed to do administrative tasks involved in various stages of visa processing of applicant data.

Responsibilities
Financial
  • Ensure 100% accuracy on visa applications to avoid fines against incorrect data entry and maintaining integrity of candidates simultaneously.
Customer
  • Provide step by step regular updates to the candidate.
  • Facilitate recruiters and managers with candidate’s recruitment status weekly.
Process
  • Upload candidate data and apply for TG ID within 24 hours upon receiving candidates’ documents.
  • Maintain strict follow ups with the candidates post offer letter via call followed by an email. Twice every week.
  • Ensure 100% adherence on keeping an accurate Live sheet update and updating the BU report accordingly.
  • Adhere to data protection laws and internal Transguard policies. This ensures that candidate information is managed securely and ethically.

  • Data entry process: continuously suggest improving recruitment administration processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-arrive, and deliver a positive candidate experience.
Selection Criteria
  • Preferably a Graduate and 1 year of experience in data administration.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office products, especially excellent at Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of UAE immigration laws.
