Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, and responding to emails
  • Maintain accurate records of office activities
  • Track company expenditures and provide monthly reports on expenses
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing etc.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed
  • Serve as an organized point of contact for customers or suppliers needing assistance
  • Manage travel arrangements for staff members as requested
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
