We are an emerging women’s fashion brand seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative & Order Fulfillment Executive (Female) to support the brand’s operational backbone. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless customer experience through precise order management, professional coordination, and structured administrative support.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, a high level of reliability, and the ability to maintain operational efficiency within a fast-paced fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the complete order lifecycle across WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and other sales channels.
  • Ensure accurate preparation, quality-controlled packing, and timely dispatch of all customer orders.
  • Coordinate effectively with courier partners for daily collections, shipment tracking, and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain and update inventory records, product availability logs, and packaging material stock levels.
  • Provide clear and professional communication to customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and follow-ups.
  • Support management with structured administrative tasks including documentation, data entry, and record management.
  • Implement organized systems and processes for workflow efficiency and service consistency.
  • Uphold the brand’s quality standards, presentation expectations, and customer-care values.
  • Assist in operational improvements and internal organization as the brand expands.
