Job summary

A leading contracting firm in Dubai is seeking an Administration & Document Control Officer to manage filing systems, document tracking, and support audits. The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of experience in administrative roles within construction or engineering settings, be proficient in MS Office, and demonstrate strong organizational skills. This position requires proactive communication and the ability to handle sensitive information, making it essential to maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in admin / document control.
  • Experience in construction / engineering companies.
  • Experience in document control system setup.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, record, classify and maintain daily information and data records.
  • Establish and maintain electronic & hardcopy filing systems.
  • Manage document numbering, archiving, retrieval and periodic review.
  • Distribute and track internal notices, circulars and official correspondence.
  • Follow up key action items and maintain tracking logs.
  • Prepare and issue meeting minutes.
  • Assist in preparation of reports, PPTs and statistics.
  • Support audits, HQ inspections and external visits.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
