We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to support the Office Manager and ensure the smooth execution of daily administrative, operational, and real estate-related tasks across the business.

This role is ideal for a highly organised, detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, structure, and reliability. You will play a key role in maintaining systems, managing documentation, supporting listings and CRM data, and ensuring administrative workflows are completed efficiently and on time.

General & Office Administration
  • Provide daily administrative support to the Office Manager and wider team
  • Handle document preparation, filing, scanning, data entry, and record management
  • Assist with scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and internal coordination
Real Estate Administration
  • Upload and manage property listings across all required portals
  • Update pricing, availability, descriptions, and media
  • Ensure listings meet compliance, branding, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with brokers to collect missing information and track listing expiries
CRM & Data Management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for leads, listings, and deals
  • Identify and correct missing, duplicated, or inaccurate data
  • Support system upkeep, tagging, and data improvements
Operational Support
  • Assist with reports, trackers, spreadsheets, and onboarding tasks
  • Support internal communication and coordination with external vendors when required
Process Improvement
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to administrative workflows
  • Support operational projects, system upgrades, and training initiatives

Location & Compensation
