Key Responsibilities

Front Office & General Administration

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, courier arrangements, and office supplies.
  • Maintain front office cleanliness and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Finance Administrative Support

  • Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash.
  • Support data entry related to financial transactions.
  • File and organize financial documents, both physical and digital.
  • Assist in preparing reports and reconciliations under the supervision of the finance team.

HR Administration & Recruitment Support

  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee files and HR databases.
  • Support the coordination of onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Source CVs from job portals, recruitment agencies, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening of candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates professionally.
  • Support in preparing job offers, contracts, and onboarding kits.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and training events.
