Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive / Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and reminders for executives
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and document preparation

  • Support daily administrative and office operations
  • Assist with basic reporting, follow-ups, and task tracking
Working Hours

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
