Job summary

A leading recruitment consultancy is looking to hire an experienced female Homeroom Teacher for a reputable school in Al Ain, UAE. The role involves overseeing the daily academic development of students, planning lessons, and managing classroom behavior. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood / Primary Education, a valid teaching license, and at least 3 years of teaching experience. Competitive salary details are to be determined.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare course schemes of work and individual lessons.
  • Teach a class, set tasks to be undertaken both at school and elsewhere.
  • Mark and assess pupils' work to record their development progress.
  • Maintain order and discipline among pupils both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Communicate with parents on pupils' learning and progress.
  • Maintain an attractive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Comply with school policies and participate in reviews.
  • Provide assessment reports on individual and groups of pupils.
  • Evaluate and review one's own teaching methods.
  • Stay updated with current educational practices.
  • Establish cooperation with staff and communicate positive aspects of the school.
