Were looking for an Acquisition Director to own all front-end growth at Ad-Lab. This means every way we bring new clients, partners, and inbound leads into the agency. This is a leadership role for someone who understands acquisition across multiple channels (paid, organic, outbound, referral) and can design, execute, and optimize predictable growth systems.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Build and execute Ad-Labs client acquisition strategy across inbound (content, SEO, lead magnets, ads) and outbound (email, partnerships, referrals).
  • Develop, test, and scale lead funnels from awareness campaigns to booked calls with qualified eCommerce brands.
  • Oversee and manage media, content, and outreach teams to hit lead and pipeline targets.
  • Design performance dashboards and report on acquisition cost, lead quality, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with leadership (Patrick, Stephan, Tinus, Daina) to align acquisition targets with revenue goals.
  • Create campaigns, scripts, and offers that attract high-value eCommerce clients.
  • Continuously test new channels LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Partnerships, Paid Search, Influencer Collabs.
Youre a Fit If You
  • Have 4+ years of experience driving client acquisition or lead generation (preferably in an agency or B2B environment).
  • Have built multi-channel acquisition funnels (paid ads, organic, outbound).
  • Are confident in data you track CPL, CAC, pipeline velocity, and ROI.
  • Can manage and guide creative, marketing, and outreach specialists.
  • Have led measurable growth campaigns that filled pipelines with qualified leads.
  • Thrive in fast-moving, performance-driven teams.
  • Understand DTC/eCommerce client behavior and can tailor acquisition messaging to that audience.
