Job summary

A modern healthcare firm in Dubai is looking for a Drinking Water Account Manager to drive technical sales in major hospitality accounts. The candidate will collaborate on sales plans, expand existing partnerships, and present innovative water filtration solutions to key decision makers. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of technical sales experience, and fluency in Arabic and English. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and networking skills and should be self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Drinking Water Account Manager- MEA and Turkey, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Preparing and implementing detailed sales plans in collaboration with Marketing to penetrate the targeted HoReCa key accounts with our Drinking Water filtration solutions, and deliver sales targets.
  • Growing existing business and winning new business with specifiers and decision makers in QSRs in places like McDonalds, Burger King, YUM, Subway, 5 Guys
  • Networking effectively in the HoReCa market Ecosystem to develop relationships at senior levels, present our product value propositions and build on our growing credibility in this sector
  • Working effectively with existing Drinking Water Group sales and technical team and 3rd party installers to deliver key product technologies to the customers
Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND at least 5 years preferably in a Technical Sales role with a track record of success in winning and retaining business in major key accounts
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Ability to build relationships and operate in a complex organization
  • Ambitious and driven with a structured approach
  • Good communication, networking and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and team player
  • IT literate and competent with the Microsoft office package
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • Experience in the Food Service market segment and/or water filtration would be ideal
  • Skills include ability to challenge others and effectively utilize internal resource; ability to understand structure and key decision makers in order to gain new business; hunger and drive to establish new business relationships
  • Other European languages

Travel: May include up to 50% Domestic and International

This role is part of Solventum’s Drinking Water business, which may be included in a future sale of this business
