Job Overview

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and closing new business opportunities, while also building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will work directly with decision‑makers at leading remote‑first companies to understand their needs and position RemotePass’s platform as the ideal solution for managing remote teams. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base globally.

Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition by prospecting, qualifying leads, and executing full‑cycle sales strategies from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring that they are satisfied and continue to use RemotePass for their global workforce needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with C‑level executives, HR, and operational leaders to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how RemotePass can add value.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective and current clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless onboarding and account management processes for clients.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM software and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to better position RemotePass in the marketplace.
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials and participate in strategy meetings to refine the sales approach.

What You Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or Fintech environment.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals with high‑value clients.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and key decision‑makers.

  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills to address client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Fluent in English.
