Job summary

A luxury goods company is seeking a Sales Manager for Tommy Hilfiger Watches in Dubai. In this role, you'll manage the entire sales cycle across Europe and Africa, achieving sales targets and training local partners. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of international sales experience, preferably in watches or fashion, strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, and fluency in English. This position requires excellent negotiation skills and a proactive attitude in a dynamic environment.

Job description

In this function you will be responsible for the full sales cycle of Tommy Hilfiger Watches in your assigned markets across Europe and Africa. This includes the achievement of sales targets, the implementation of local marketing measures and the training of local partners.

Ensure state‑of‑the‑art brand presentation in the assigned territory.

Implement overall brand strategy on the local level in close alignment with HQ.

Develop mid‑term plans together with local partners to significantly increase the business.

Ensure ongoing reporting, sales & distribution analysis.

Visit markets to secure distribution quality, train local staff and develop strong relationships.

Cooperate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g.: Marketing, Customer Service).

Impact product development by anticipating product trends.

Gather market intelligence to support senior management decision‑making.

Identify and propose new distributors and/or retail accounts in the assigned territory.

Required Experience

To be successful in this position you have 23 years experience within an international sales environment, ideally within the watch, FMCG, fashion and / or the accessories industry. You have solid skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint. You are business fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus.

You are a fast learner as well as a proactive and reliable professional committed to achieving results and keeping deadlines. You have strong analytical skills and work in a structured way with a can‑do attitude. You are a good team player with strong communication skills able to interact easily with various stakeholders on different hierarchy levels. You demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and feel comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
