Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience in a financial environment.
• 5-10 years management experience in a financial healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop an Activity Based model for productivity and costing.
• Prepare and document ABC policy and procedures.
• Build and maintain ABC model in Tableau or similar tool.
• Report key highlights at division and hospital level.
• Assist units in developing action plans based on ABC analysis outcomes.
• Monitor trends in revenue, productivity, costs, and profitability.
