Job summary

A behavioral health service provider in Dubai is seeking a professional to implement evidence-based interventions based on ABA principles. Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement evidencebased interventions based on ABA principles as directed by a BCBA.
  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress during therapy sessions.
  • Assist in the development and updating of behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Foster a positive learning environment to promote client engagement and learning.
  • Teach and reinforce communication social and functional life skills.
  • Conduct therapy sessions in various environments including home school and community settings.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Participate in regular team meetings training and supervision sessions.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors Degree in Psychology Education or related field preferred).
