Job Purpose & Responsibilities

The Facilities Engineer is responsible for the overall efficient operation of all campus facilities on a daily basis, which mainly includes all buildings on campus and residential halls. The scope focuses on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire, and carpentry works.

Minimum Qualification and Education

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Electro‑Mechanical Engineering / Electrical or Mechanical with experience in complete MEP works & leading maintenance teams.

Desirable: PMP certificate

Required Knowledge And Skills
  • Knowledge of Facilities Management
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and others)
  • Operations Management & Cost Control
  • Strong Organization and Planning Skills
  • Self‑Motivated and can work in a team
  • Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and CAFM (Computer‑Aided Facilities Management) is a plus
  • Knowledge of UAE building codes, fire safety regulations, and sustainability standards
Work Experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in maintenance
  • Experience in Budget estimation & budget handling
  • Experience in supervising diverse technicians’ team
Language Proficiency Required

Essential: Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written are mandatory.
