The ideal candidate will be a talented individual contributor artist, specializing in one or more of the 3D art sub-disciplines such as environment, character, modeling, rigging, animation, tech art, and more. Experience shipping 3D AAA games or AR/VR experiences is required.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, realism-driven 3D assets that meet visual, technical, and performance requirements
• Specialize in one or more of the 3D art sub-disciplines, such as environment, character, modeling, rigging, animation, tech art, and more.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
• Understand and apply best practices in 3D art and design, including user-centered design principles.
• Maintain and improve existing 3D art systems and assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field
• 5+ years of industry experience in 3D art and design
• Strong portfolio of 3D art and design work
• Demonstrated experience working in a realistic / realism-based art style, with high-quality examples showcased in portfolio
• Experience shipping 3D AAA games or AR/VR experiences
• Proficiency in 3D art and design software, including Maya, 3DS Max, and Blender
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
