A recruitment agency is looking for a driven Hybrid Sales Executive to manage sales performance in the Alcoholic Beverage FMCG Industry. This role includes identifying business opportunities, building customer relationships, and executing promotional strategies. Ideal candidates should have a solid background in sales and marketing, at least 3 years of FMCG experience, and a Code 08 driver's license. A competitive salary package is offered.
We are seeking an energetic and driven Hybrid Sales Executive for our client, a market leader in the Alcoholic Beverage FMCG Industry. This key role will be responsible for managing and influencing key performance indicators, driving volume and market share through the sales force within the Coastal Region.
As the successful candidate, you will have a solid understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices, tailored sales procedures, and execution standards. You will also have knowledge of the liquor industry, particularly On-Trade and Off-Trade. You have a proven track record of building positive relationships, planning, negotiating and executing pouring contracts, delivering results, and driving change.
