Are you a strategic commercially minded Key Accounts Manager who thrives on using data to identify market trends and gaps to drive sales strategy Advanced Excel skills a sharp eye for increasing market penetration and sales performance along with building and maintaining customer relationships Then we want to hear from you!

Minimum Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in Sales Marketing or Business

5 years experience in B2B key account management or sales (Retail / FMCG)

Strong background in using data and Excel to create and implement strategy

Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team

Valid drivers license

Willingness to travel and work flexible across the Gauteng region

CRM experience (Skynamo)

Duties and Responsibilities :

Youll report to the National Sales Manager manage a team of 3 to 5 direct reports and split your week between officebased planning and fieldbased client engagement.

Analyse sales and customer data to identify trends gaps and growth opportunities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned to budgets and commercial targets

Work closely with key retail accounts to drive volume and profitability

Support the execution of national promotions product launches and merchandising plans

Guide and support your team in meeting performance targets and strategic goals

Deliver business reviews performance forecasts and client proposals

Maintain CRM data and ensure accurate tracking of sales activity and pipeline

Lead clientfacing initiatives such as training trade shows and customer events

Collaborate with marketing supply chain and operations to ensure full delivery on account expectations
