Location: Fully Remote (South Africa)
Working Hours: UK Hours (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview

Remote Recruitment is seeking a talented and versatile Content & Community Manager to enhance our brand presence and engagement within our online community. This dual-role position will focus on crafting compelling content while fostering a vibrant community environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that resonate with our audience while also managing and nurturing our community engagement efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with marketing goals and community needs.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content across multiple platforms, including blog posts, newsletters, social media, and community forums.
  • Manage and grow our online community by fostering discussions, responding to inquiries, and moderating user-generated content.
  • Monitor community engagement and content performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Organize and oversee community events, webinars, and interactive sessions to build relationships among members.
  • Gather feedback from community members to inform content development and community initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and community management to drive innovation.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Content Manager, Community Manager, or similar role in digital marketing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a passion for creating engaging content.
  • Experience managing online communities and fostering engagement across social platforms.
  • Understanding of content management systems and analytics tools.
  • Ability to analyze metrics to drive content strategy and community growth.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in a remote working environment is highly desirable.
