A leading insurance firm in Gauteng is seeking a Third-Party Claims Manager to oversee the third-party claims process. Responsibilities include managing a team, ensuring compliance, and negotiating settlements. The ideal candidate will have an LLB degree, be an admitted attorney, and possess over 5 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential for success in this dynamic role.

This position reports to Head of Claims and is based at our offices in Bryanston.
The role involves overseeing a team of third‑party claims handlers and recovery specialists, fostering a collaborative work environment, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in third‑party claims management.
The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of insurance claims and recoveries principles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the third‑party claims process, which includes indemnity and recovery claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and performance relative to set targets.
