We’re looking for an Installations Supervisor to manage our field teams, ensure top-quality installations, and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll oversee day-to-day installations, refine processes, and ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

• Manage, train, and develop installation teams.
• Oversee field operations, schedules, and quality control.
• Review and refine work orders and plans before deployment.
• Ensure adherence to installation procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor and improve installation efficiency and service standards.

• Completed grade 12 or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory role in Telecoms industry.
• Comfortable with working on a CRM platform.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to plan, organise, and oversee multiple projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• A valid drivers license.
