Introduction

We're now looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our Cape Town branch and support our growing marketing initiatives across Africa. You'll work closely with our Marketing Coordinator and management team to execute campaigns that strengthen Swift's reputation in freight forwarding, transport, and warehousing.

From digital campaigns and lead tracking to event coordination and social media content, you'll help ensure our brand stays visible, credible, and consistent across every touchpoint.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist with the execution of digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads)
  • Help manage and update website and landing page content
  • Coordinate email marketing and track campaign performance
  • Support the creation of brochures, case studies, and presentations
  • Assist with event planning and agent network participation
  • Monitor brand consistency across internal and external materials
  • Compile monthly marketing reports and analytics
  • Liaise with internal departments to collect updates and success stories
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • A Marketing or Communications qualification (degree or diploma preferred)
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google tools
  • A proactive approach, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability
  • Previous experience in a logistics, B2B, or corporate environment will be an advantage
