Insurance : Client Services Executive POS
- Location : Roodepoort Salary : R, R, CTC per annum + Performance-Based Bonus A JSE-listed Short-Term Insurance company is seeking a Client Services Executive to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing policies, managing high-value client accounts, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery.
Minimum Requirements : Matric with an A-grade average, specifically in Mathematics.
BA or BCom degree.
Bilingual Afrikaans and English.
Excellent academic record in both Matric and tertiary studies.
Computer literate with strong administrative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Administer and maintain client policies.
Handle policy renewals and amendments efficiently.
Provide exceptional service to high-value key accounts.
Act as a primary liaison for high-net-worth clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Perform general administration tasks to support client servicing.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
