The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing and managing candidates. This role is fast-paced and offers an opportunity to exceed KPIs while contributing to client success.
Qualificações
- Minimum of 3 years of agency recruitment experience, specifically for actuaries.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Computer literate with proficiency in ATS and job portals.
Responsabilidades
- Source candidates for actuary roles.
- Manage candidate pipelines and conduct assessments.
- Report on KPIs and ensure employer branding.

We are looking for a high-energy, ambitious, driven, and hardworking Recruitment Consultant (Actuaries) to join our team based in Bedfordview. The successful candidate must attract first-rate talent, ensure lasting and successful placements, build high-quality candidate pipelines, and compile market maps.
