A leading human resources consultancy is seeking a dynamic professional to lead their Microsoft Dynamics practice. This role focuses on strategic leadership, product development, and delivery oversight across Microsoft Dynamics and SAP platforms. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in ERP systems with a strong track record of successful implementations and leadership in agile delivery environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in ERP systems, with at least 6 years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with at least 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the vision and roadmap for the Microsoft Dynamics suite.
• Oversee the design, development, and customization of Dynamics modules.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics and hybrid SAP-Dynamics projects.
