Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests On Board Cruise Ship in a warm and friendly manner, while providing them with menus and taking their orders
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure all guest requests and dietary restrictions are accommodated
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area and assist with setting up and clearing tables
• Upsell menu items and provide recommendations to guests
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Work closely with other crew members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for guests
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining restaurant or hotel
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must be able to obtain necessary travel documents and pass a background check
