Purpose of Role

• The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of two critical EMEA administrative transformation initiatives.
• The role requires a seasoned project professional with strong SAP routing and costing experience, capable of operating confidently with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and regional stakeholders.
• The primary focus will be on ensuring disciplined project delivery, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and change readiness across Africa and broader EMEA operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership – Provide full project management oversight for the EMEA and Venlo scope and oversee the rollout of the Divisional Routing & Costing Policy across multiple regions, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Support the rollout of the new routing and costing policy within SAP.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with Finance Product Domain Lead, Change Management, and EMEA teams to align objectives, facilitate workshops, and drive communication.
• Change Implementation – Support the Integrated Supply Chain structural changes by coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.
• Coordinate and manage project governance and reporting, regional workshops in South Africa.

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Bachelor of Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects (preferably in EMEA or Africa).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, MS Project).
• Experience in costing and routing processes within a divisional or regional context.
• Strong understanding of business process change, not just system implementation.
• Comfortable operating and communication with senior executives and regional leadership.
• Good SAP knowledge.
