Role Summary

As a Front-End Engineer, you'll collaborate with UI / UX designers to build seamless, high-performance user experiences using Angular and Ionic's Capacitor. You'll develop new features, enhance existing applications, and work with back-end engineers to deliver visually polished and highly functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead front-end architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Develop complex web and mobile-friendly applications using Angular and Ionic's Capacitor
• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering technical excellence and best practices
• Define and evolve front-end standards, tools, and shared libraries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical decisions
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate relevant advancements
• Advocate for best practices in state management, accessibility, and performance
• Influence and contribute to the overall front-end strategy

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Angular and front-end development
• Expertise in Angular, TypeScript, and scalable architecture patterns
• Strong experience with state management solutions (NGRX, Redux)
• Proven ability to lead front-end initiatives and mentor engineering teams
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and cross-platform development
