Job summary

A key player in operations management is seeking an Operations Manager in Cape Town, Western Cape. • The Operations Manager is responsible for the end-to-end SC functionality of Distribution Centers in the Region. Functions will include People Management, Finance Management, Process Management, Customer Satisfaction and SHEQ Management.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

• TES industry experience would be an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience preferably in a service-related industry
• Exposure to unionized environments would be an advantage
• CCMA Conciliation and Arbitration experience desirable

Qualification:

• Gr 12;
• NQF5/ Diploma or related tertiary qualification preferred
