Introduction

The incumbent of this role must effectively action the travel booking process at an intermediate level, resulting in an efficient, effective and cost-conscious travel service delivery that differentiates Tourvest Travel Services

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Low error ratio for all online / offline transactions
  • 95% online adoption
  • 99% of calls required to be answered
  • 90% adherence to Call SLA criteria
  • 95% attained on QC checks done on reservations
  • Continuous monitoring and actioning of the Consultant Dashboard in TravelIt
  • Ability to consult on the GDS systems used at TTS including, but not limited to Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus etc.
  • car, air, transfer, B&B etc online / offline
  • Accurately complete all reissues online / offline
  • Effectively action the travel booking process at an intermediate level for all domestic and point to point international routings
  • Ability to complete all refunds accurately
  • Ensure corporate fares or TTS fares are utilized where applicable
  • Ability to remain calm and assist the client or consultant during an emergency to the best of our ability, in the quickest possible time frame and at the best fare available
  • Adherence to all client and TTS policies
  • Complete all mandatory monthly & adhoc training provided by TTS
